Hey Ladies (and Gents)-
I’m planning on doing a feature on my blog about black women who own their own businesses and sell wares that would make for great holiday gifts (e.g. soaps, candle, popcorn, boy shorts with glitter, greeting cards, jewelry, etc.). If you have any folks in mind, please post their information below. They must have a website and be able to accept online orders.
Also, if you know of a black women proprietor, who owns her own boutique/store that sells specialty goods, add them to the list and I can see if we can create a pdf or feature on the site as well. 2010 will be all about supporting black owned businesses and keeping money in our communities. In case you haven’t noticed, I’m passionate just as much about hair as I am about economic empowerment.
